PROHIBITED ITEMS

The Host Co prohibits the offering, sale, rental, lease, distribution, or provision of products, services, content, or other items that violate this policy or applicable law.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all products, services, content, and transactions they offer through the Platform comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and international laws and regulations.

An item may be prohibited even if it is legal in the jurisdiction where the Seller is located if its sale, possession, shipment, delivery, or use is prohibited in the jurisdiction where the item is offered or received.

Sellers may not disguise, miscategorize, misrepresent, bundle, or otherwise structure an offering for the purpose of circumventing this policy or applicable law.

The Host Co may remove or restrict listings, cancel transactions, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access to the Platform, or take other appropriate action when it reasonably believes that a Seller, listing, product, service, content, or transaction violates this policy, applicable law, or the requirements of The Host Co or its service providers.

Where required or appropriate, The Host Co may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, payment providers, or other appropriate authorities regarding suspected illegal activity.

Nothing in this policy authorizes any activity that is otherwise prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

ALCOHOL, DRUGS & CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that every product they offer through the Platform is legal to sell, possess, advertise, ship, and deliver in all applicable jurisdictions.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages may only be offered where the Seller is legally authorized to sell them and the transaction complies with all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and other laws and regulations.

Sellers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, registrations, or other authorizations required to sell or distribute alcohol. Sellers must also comply with applicable age-verification, labeling, advertising, shipping, delivery, and record-keeping requirements.

Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances

The sale or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or other substances that the Seller is not legally authorized to sell is prohibited.

This includes, without limitation:

• Illegal narcotics and controlled substances.

• Prescription medications or prescription-strength drugs offered without the authorization required by law.

• Drug paraphernalia or products specifically marketed for use with illegal drugs, where prohibited by applicable law.

• Products intended to facilitate the manufacture, distribution, concealment, or use of illegal drugs.

• Any substance or product whose sale or distribution is prohibited by applicable law.

Products that are legal in one jurisdiction may nevertheless be prohibited in another. Sellers are responsible for determining whether their products may legally beoffered to, and delivered to, customers in each jurisdiction in which they operate.

ANIMALS AND REGULATED SPECIES

The following are prohibited:

• Animals, animal parts, blood, organs, fluids, or derivatives whose sale or tradeis prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

• Products derived from endangered, threatened, protected, or otherwise regulated species when the Seller does not have all legally required authorization.

• Wildlife or wildlife products obtained, possessed, transported, or offeredin violation of applicable law.

• Noxious weeds, invasive species, prohibited plants, prohibited seeds, or other organisms whose sale, possession, importation, exportation, or distributionis prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

• Any products or derivatives whose trade is prohibited under applicable wildlife, conservation, environmental, agricultural, or biosecurity laws.

Sellers are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, certifications, and other authorizations for any permitted animal, plant, wildlife, or biological product.

PORNOGRAPHY, SEXUAL EXPLOITATION, AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Pornography and Sexual Content

The Platform prohibits content or transactions involving sexual exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual sexual material.

The following are prohibited:

• Any sexual content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor.

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any image, video, audio, or other material depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors.

• Sexual content involving a person without their consent.

• Non-consensual intimate images or recordings, including so-called “revenge porn.”

• Content depicting or promoting sexual violence, sexual abuse, or exploitation.

• Content involving trafficking or exploitation of persons for sexual purposes.

• Sexual content obtained or distributed through coercion, threats, fraud, or other forms of exploitation.

• Any products, services, advertisements, or listings that facilitate or promote the sexual exploitation of another person.

Any content involving minors in a sexual context is prohibited regardless of whether the Seller or uploader claims that the person is of legal age.

Human Trafficking and Exploitation

The Platform strictly prohibits the use of the Platform to facilitate, promote, advertise, arrange, or participate in human trafficking or exploitation.

This includes:

• The buying, selling, recruiting, transporting, harboring, or obtaining of a personfor purposes of exploitation.

• Commercial sexual exploitation or sex trafficking.

• Forced labor, involuntary servitude, or debt bondage.

• Listings or advertisements offering or soliciting persons for exploitative purposes.

• Services, products, payments, or other transactions intended to facilitatetrafficking or exploitation.

• Organ trafficking or transactions involving the exploitation of persons for their organs or other human body parts.

• Content that promotes, instructs, or assists another person in committing human trafficking or exploitation.

• Attempts to conceal, disguise, or evade laws or Platform policies relating to trafficking or exploitation.

A person's consent to a particular activity does not permit trafficking or exploitation, and Sellers may not use the Platform to facilitate transactions that violate applicablehuman-trafficking laws.

Legal Compliance and Enforcement

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all content, products, services, and transactions they offer through the Platform comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We may remove content or listings, cancel transactions, restrict accounts, suspend or terminate access, or take other appropriate action when we reasonably believe that activity violates this policy or applicable law.

Where required or appropriate, we may report suspected child sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or other criminal activity to the relevant authorities or organizations.

Nothing in this policy authorizes content or conduct that is prohibited by applicable law or another Platform policy.

COPYRIGHT MEDIA AND SOFTWARE

Unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, television programs, photographs, artwork, or other copyrighted or licensed materials, including copies that infringe third-party intellectual property rights or are distributed without required authorization or attribution.

Unauthorized copies of software, video games, applications, digital media, or other licensed or protected materials, including unauthorized OEM or bundled software.

Products, services, or materials that facilitate the unauthorized copying, distribution, circumvention, or infringement of copyrighted or otherwise protected works are also prohibited.

COUNTERFEIT AND UNAUTHORIZED GOODS

The following are prohibited:

• Counterfeit, fake, forged, replicated, or unauthorized goods represented asgenuine or authentic.

• Replicas or imitations of designer or other branded goods where their saleviolates applicable law or third-party rights.

• Fake autographs or signatures.

• Currency, stamps, tickets, securities, or other financial instruments that are counterfeit, forged, or unlawfully reproduced.

• Unauthorized use of celebrity names, images, likenesses, endorsements, trademarks, or other protected rights.

• Devices or techniques designed to circumvent technical protection measures.

• Modchips or other devices intended to circumvent technical protection measures on digital devices, including devices intended to bypass security or activation mechanisms.

• Products or services that infringe another party's intellectual property, trademark, copyright, patent, publicity, or other proprietary rights.

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are authentic and that they have the legal right to sell, distribute, or otherwise offer them.

GAMING / GAMBLING

The following are prohibited:

• Lottery tickets.

• Sports bets or wagers.

• Gambling accounts, memberships, or enrollment in online gambling services.

• Gambling services or products that violate applicable law.

• Products or services that facilitate unlawful gambling.

Promotion of lawful offline brick-and-mortar casinos may be permitted where otherwise compliant with applicable law and The Host Co's policies.

FIREARMS AND WEAPONS

The sale or transfer of firearms, ammunition, firearm parts, firearm accessories, or other prohibited weapons through the Platform is prohibited.

This includes, without limitation:

• Firearms.

• Ammunition.

• Firearm parts and components.

• Bump stocks and similar prohibited firearm accessories.

• Silencers or suppressors.

• Weapons whose sale, possession, transfer, or distribution is prohibited by applicable federal, state, local, or other law.

• Knives or other weapons that are prohibited from sale or transfer underapplicable law.

Nothing in this policy authorizes the sale or transfer of any weapon or firearm-related item that is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

HACKING AND CRACKING MATERIALS

The following are prohibited:

• Manuals, guides, instructions, or other materials intended to facilitate unlawful access to computers, servers, websites, networks, accounts, software, or other protected systems.

• Equipment, software, or services designed or marketed to enable unauthorized access, intrusion, exploitation, or damage.

• Products or services intended to facilitate unlawful circumvention of security controls or access restrictions.

• Materials that instruct or facilitate unlawful destruction, disruption, theft, or unauthorized modification of software, servers, websites, networks, or other protected property.

Legitimate cybersecurity, educational, research, and authorized security-testing materials may be permitted where their use and offering are lawful and otherwise comply with The Host Co's policies.

HUMAN PARTS

The following are prohibited:

• Human organs.

• Human body parts intended for transplantation or commercial sale.

• Human blood or other human biological materials where their sale or transferis prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

• Stem cells, embryos, or other human biological materials whose sale or transferis prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

• Products derived from human remains or biological materials where their sale or transfer is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this section permits trafficking, exploitation, or unlawful commercialization of human biological materials.

ILLEGAL / STOLEN GOODS

The following are prohibited:

• Materials, products, services, or information that promote illegal goods or enable unlawful acts.

• Goods that the Seller does not own or otherwise have the legal right to sell.

• Stolen goods or goods obtained through theft, fraud, or other unlawful means.

• Goods produced, distributed, or sold in violation of a third party's rights.

• Smuggled goods.

• Goods that violate applicable import, export, customs, labeling, licensing, or other regulatory restrictions.

• Motor vehicles or other property subject to transfer restrictions that cannot legally be transferred through the Platform.

• Goods recorded on public registers, such as certain real estate or other registered property, where the transfer requires legal formalities that cannot be completed through the Platform.

• Products or services that otherwise violate applicable criminal, civil, regulatory, or property laws.

Sellers are solely and completely responsible for verifying that all items they sell are authentic, lawful, and legally owned or otherwise authorized for sale.

ILLEGAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT

The following are prohibited:

• Devices intended to obtain cable or satellite signals without authorization or payment.

• Cable descramblers, black boxes, unauthorized access devices, or similar equipment.

• Unauthorized access cards, access-card programmers, unloopers, or similar devices.

• Unlawful tools or products designed to modify, unlock, intercept, or circumvent security measures on cellular telephones or other telecommunications equipment.

• Equipment or devices whose sale, possession, use, or distribution is prohibited by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) or another competent regulatory authority in the jurisdiction where the goods are offered or sold.

• Products designed to facilitate unlawful interception, unauthorized access, or disruption of telecommunications services.

MISC. ITEMS

The following are prohibited unless expressly authorized by The Host Co in writing:

• Prepaid cards.

• Gift cards.

• Gift certificates.

• Tickets, passes, memberships, or similar instruments where their sale or transfer is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or by the issuer's terms.

• Monetary collectibles, including stamps, coins, and similar items, where their sale is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

The Host Co may establish additional restrictions or requirements for particular categories of prepaid instruments, collectibles, tickets, passes, or similar items.

MOTORIZED VEHICLES, BICYCLES AND OTHER RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT

Motorized Vehicles

The sale, rental, lease, transfer, or other provision of motor vehicles through The Host Co is prohibited, except where expressly authorized by The Host Co in writing.

Prohibited motor vehicles include, without limitation:

• Automobiles.

• Trucks.

• Vans.

• Motorcycles.

• Mopeds.

• Motor scooters.

• All-terrain vehicles (ATVs).

• Utility terrain vehicles (UTVs).

• Recreational vehicles.

• Other vehicles designed or permitted for operation on public roads.

The Host Co may, in its sole discretion, permit certain limited categories of motorized recreational equipment, including golf carts or similar low-speed vehicles, subject to additional eligibility, insurance, safety, licensing, registration, disclosure, or other requirements established by The Host Co.

Authorization of one category or item does not constitute authorization of any other motorized vehicle or equipment.

Bicycles and Other Recreational Equipment

Bicycles and other non-motorized recreational equipment may be offered through The Host Co only where lawful and only if the Seller is legally permitted to rent or otherwise provide the equipment to others.

By offering recreational equipment through The Host Co, the Seller represents and warrants that:

• The equipment is safe, properly maintained, inspected, and suitable for its intended use.

• The Seller complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, safety requirements, and age restrictions.

• The Seller provides users with all legally required and reasonably appropriate safety equipment, warnings, instructions, and disclosures.

• The Seller maintains insurance appropriate for the rental or provision and use of the equipment, including liability coverage sufficient to cover bodily injury, death, and property damage arising from its use.

• Upon request, the Seller will provide The Host Co with evidence of such insurance and, where required by The Host Co, name The Host Co and its affiliates as additional insureds.

The Host Co may establish minimum insurance requirements for particular categories of equipment and may prohibit or remove any equipment offering at any time.

POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this policy may result in listing removal, transaction cancellation, suspension or termination of the Seller's account, loss of access to the Platform, and, where appropriate or required by law, referral to law enforcement, regulators, payment providers, or other update, modify, expand, or impose additional restrictions on prohibited or regulated categories authorities.

The Host Co reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product, service, listing, content, or transaction violates this policy or applicable law.

The Host Co may update, modify, expand, or impose additional restrictions on prohibited or regulated categories as necessary to comply with applicable law, protect users and third parties, or maintain the safety and integrity of the Platform.
